Finder Mr.N Hosany ,during excavations by Glamorgan-Gwent Archaeological Trust Ltd at Cae Castell (‘Castle Field’), Rumney, on eastern outskirts of Cardiff.

Find A hoard of sixty-four pennies of the the Edwardian reformed coinage, including six of the Corresponding issue of Alexander 3 of Scotland and two Imitative low country pieces. A highly decorated type, green-glazed jug with a rams head, applied strips and ornaments stamps was found Shattered close by.
