Borth Hoard

Thirty one nobles were found in June 1930 when the road from Tre'rddol to Ynslas was improved; it was carried over a rocky ridge in the middle of the Dyfi flood - plain at Ty-mawr Mochno, Llancynfelin. The coins lay in an earth-filled hollow of the rock; no container was noticed.
